About this sublet

I am subletting my fully furnished room in 3bd​/​1ba apartment. My roommates are two femmes plus a hedgehog and a cat. There is a kitchen with pantry and in unit laundry​,​ a very sunny dining room​,​ two living rooms​,​ and a relaxing porch​/​patio. I have included the cost of utilities in the price per month but am only willing to go as low as $534 (the price of rent). I am also willing to remove some items to make room for the belongings of subletter. Femmes preferred. Must be clean​/​organized.
